Using our 4 CNC bending machines we offer precision bending of tubular components ranging from 2mm - 102mm outside diameter in wall thickness of up to 10mm.

Expertise has been gained in producing high quality bends with tight bend radii and minimum distances between bends.

We are able to manipulate a wide range of materials. These include mild steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, brass, cunifer, titanium and many other special alloys.

Using our CNC machines complex multiple bends can be produced to the tightest tollerances.

Much of our smaller diameter tube work is used in the medical and instrumentation industries.

Typically these products are produced in 316 and 321 grade seamless stainless steel, in tube ranging from 2mm - 10mm outside diameter.

We have considerable experience in the production of coils in both flat and rising form.

These are mainly produced in copper tube although coils and serpentines have produced in stainless steel and special alloy tubes.
